If you see a charge from Affemity, it’s likely your Personalised Plan subscription.
When you signed up, you chose a plan that suits your goals — whether it’s weekly, 4-weekly or 12-weekly. We set it to auto-renew so your access to courses, coaching, and guides stays seamless. This way, you can focus on your growth without having to manually renew your subscription every billing cycle.
How to manage future charges: You’re always in total control of your plan. To disable auto-renewal, just follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap on your name.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel (Affemity).
- Click on "Cancel Subscription."
If there is no option to cancel, it means the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.
Please note that uninstalling the app or deleting your profile does not stop the subscription.
The Best Part: You’ll keep full access to all your benefits until the end of your current billing period. No cut-offs, no drama.
I don’t have an active subscription, but I was charged.
